Processing

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Some small-batch items are made to order and may take 5-7 business days. Those items note it on their product page.

Every product is made in small batches, so during launches and holidays processing may take a little longer.

US shipping
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship at the rate shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International shipping
We ship to many countries, with rates calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@oyabloom.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
